Fujifilm announces Jet Press 720S is now suitable for folding carton applications

Fujifilm today announces that its successful B2 inkjet digital press, the Jet Press 720S, can now be configured to handle folding carton applications. The Jet Press 720S configured for folding carton applications benefits from the same industry leading quality and productivity as the general commercial print version, but the ability to increase the vacuum pressure around the drum, together with a redesigned vacuum jacket, allows the press to accommodate a more diverse range of heavier carton boards commonly used in packaging applications.

Fujifilm Speciality Ink Systems (FSIS) has picked up two more prestigious awards for its Broadstairs production facility recently, walking away with the Export award and the Best Process Plant award at the Best Factory Awards (BFAs). It’s the third time FSIS has been awarded the Best Process Plant award at the BFAs, this year held in London on 25th September and presented by BBC Breakfast presenter, Steph McGovern.

Dutch company installs Jet Press 720S to improve profitability of short run print

Fujifilm today announces that Impressed Druk en Print, based near Rotterdam in The Netherlands, has become the latest company to invest in the Jet Press 720S B2 inkjet digital press to improve the profitability of its short run print. This is the second Jet Press 720S installation in The Netherlands and complements a growing a number of presses installed across Europe, including Germany, Austria, Italy and France.

Fujifilm hosts creative printing demonstrations and workshops at its UK headquarters in Bedford
