Brentford, 19th May 2017 – Award winning display graphics specialist, Octink, hosted Prime Minister Theresa May on Friday, 5th May for a round table event, before undertaking a factory tour and a Q&A with members of staff.
“It was an honour to welcome the Prime Minister to our offices in Brentford,” says Will Tyler, CEO at Octink. “Theresa May was very happy to talk to our staff, who were delighted to be given the chance to speak to her about a number of issues, such as BREXIT, apprenticeships and the importance of family owned businesses to the economy.”
Recognised as one of the UK’s leading signage and display companies, Octink was also visited by the previous Prime Minister, David Cameron, back in 2011. “Hosting a Prime Minister is a privileged opportunity, so to receive two visits in less than six years is fantastic,” says Tyler.
He concludes: “For everyone involved, it was an unforgettable experience. From an Octink perspective, we drew confidence from her commitment to keep the interests of all SME's firmly on her agenda.”
