About Domino
Founded in 1978, Domino Printing Sciences has established a global reputation for the development and manufacture of coding, marking and digital inkjet printing technologies, as well as its worldwide aftermarket products and customer services.

The Domino Digital Printing Solutions division provides high speed digital printing presses for labels and corrugated packaging, as well as inkjet printing equipment for the variable data printing of codes, addresses and personalisation for multiple different printing industry applications.

Domino employs over 2,900 people worldwide and sells to more than 120 countries through a global network of 25 subsidiary offices and more than 200 distributors. Domino’s manufacturing facilities are situated in China, Germany, India, Sweden, Switzerland, UK and USA.

Domino’s continued growth is underpinned by an unrivalled commitment to product development. The company is the proud recipient of six Queen’s Awards, the latest being received in April 2017, when Domino was awarded the Queen’s Award for Innovation.

Domino became an autonomous division within Brother Industries on 11th June 2015.

Domino & MPS Hybrid Open Houses Labelled a Success

Last week (17 and 18 October) MPS welcomed guests to the Domino & MPS Hybrid Open Houses hosted at the MPS Technology & Expertise Centre in Arnhem. Each day, there was a packed house with visitors attending from Belgium, France, Germany, Latvia, the Netherlands, Russia, Spain and the United Kingdom – all of whom came to witness first-hand the capabilities of the MPS EF SYMJET with its integrated Domino N610i digital ink jet engine.

Domino to showcase Digital Printing Solutions at ALL4PACK 2018

Domino Digital Printing Solutions will be demonstrating two of its ink jet printing solutions on Stand G 152 in Hall 6 at ALL4PACK 2018, taking place at Paris-Nord Villepinte from 26th – 29th November. Its market leading N610i seven colour digital label press will be on display, along with a K600i ink jet printer which will be demonstrating a security printing label application.

Domino Printing Sciences opens new state-of-the-art Fluids Manufacturing Facility

Domino Printing Sciences is marking its 40th anniversary with the opening of its new fluids manufacturing facility in Liverpool, UK. Through the company’s investment in advanced industry production processes, the 175,000sq ft (16,000sq m) site will provide Domino with a significant increase in productivity and capacity and a reduction in lead times. The expansion has created 19 new jobs, bringing the total workforce of the factory to 88 over the next 9 months.

Anglia Labels sees a bright future with Domino’s ink jet technology

Ian Woodhead, managing director of Sudbury based ‘one stop label shop’ Anglia Labels, is delighted with his latest investment in a 5 colour Domino N610i ink jet label press. The Domino press was installed in February 2018 and Ian reveals, “Within just one month of installation, we had improved our lead times and quality, and reduced our running costs, and we were already printing 25% of our turnover on the Domino press.”
