Architects, designers and branding specialists will be inspired with new ideas and opportunities when they visit the Lintec Graphic Films stand (O160) at 100% Design (18 – 21 September, Earls Court, London). The supplier of innovative printable non-PVC window films will be showcasing its newly rebranded Vitrographic range, which includes a wealth of new and novel ideas to create privacy, ‘moving’ images and other solutions to enhance, adapt or change glazed surfaces.

Showcased for the first time at 100% Design this year, Lintec Graphic Films will display Vitrotexture®, a polyester film that is fully customisable to create bespoke privacy designs. It offers an extensive choice of etched, embossed, textured or patterned finishes, all of which can be combined with print. The high durability is ideally suited for long-term use in high traffic areas.

Vitroflip® and Vitroshift®, promises to grab the attention of visitors to the stand as it enable the creation of ‘moving’ images, text or colours. As print density and opacity can also be customised, it offers endless possibilities for specifiers when needing to create eye-catching images. It can be designed to view up to four phases in one ‘moving’ image to create a lenticular effect, with the added benefit of being able to print it on any length of film.

Vitrocolour®, an ultra-clear polyester film, transforms glass into brilliant advertising, design and corporate identity opportunities. As the non-PVC film offers excellent see-through vision and allows for images of photographic quality to be printed in vibrant colours, it is proving very popular with designers. Most importantly, the film’s hard coating provides excellent scratch resistance and durability, and removes in one piece, which allows for quick changeovers when rebranding is required.

Dot-on-dot®, Lintec Graphic Films vignette film, allows for a contemporary edge with the ability to print a pattern in two different colours. This film is already in demand for use on office partitions in particular, as it allows the opportunity to create different ambiences on separate sides of the glass. For example, the outfacing image can be printed in a neutral, calm colour to fit in with the rest of the office decor, while the reverse image can be printed in a bright, lively colour.

100% Design visitors will also be able to view the versatile Lumisty® window film, which has a unique ability to control what can and cannot be seen by changing from translucent to transparent depending on the viewing angle. The film has been capturing the imagination of leading interior designers, architects and retail branding specialists, and has already successfully been used in a number of architectural projects to create privacy, while retail and other display applications are seeing the benefits of its attention grabbing effects.

Contra Vision® ORS, an innovative one-way window film, will also be available to view on the stand. It allows for two customised images, both right reading, to be viewed from either side while continuing to enable see-through vision.

Andy Voss, Managing Director, Lintec Graphic Films, comments: “Our Vitrographic range offers endless opportunities to enhance glass surfaces to stunning effect, enabling more productive use of glass surfaces while staying environmentally friendly. 100% Design is the ideal event for us to showcase our products to architects, designers and brand specialists, so a visit to our stand will be a wise move for looking for fresh ideas and opportunities to transform glass surfaces into vibrant canvasses.”
