Spandex enhances customer experience with new webshop and customer portal

Online store open to new and existing customers who can manage their account anytime, anywhere

New and existing customers are invited to visit and register to become a ‘Spandex Online Customer’ to fully benefit from the latest functionalities.

All visitors can easily search for products via the website’s easy to use navigation, search and filtering facilities to access over 35,000 sign, digital and graphic communication products. The site currently provides comprehensive product information on materials from industry leading brands such as 3M, Orafol, Avery Dennison, ImagePerfect, Arlon, HP and Roland.

New users and existing Spandex account holders can quickly register online at to become a ‘Spandex Online Customer’. They will then be able to access the customer portal and webshop functionalities including:

Ordering at convenience

Supporting all platforms and devices, the website allows both new customers and existing Spandex account holders to place orders at any time, from anywhere. Customers can pay securely with their credit or debit cards and existing Spandex account holders also have the option to add the order to their monthly invoice, just as they would do if they had placed it by telephone.

Unique pricing

Online customers can view and calculate their prices including any bulk and bespoke discounts.


A ‘favourites’ list can be set up which enables online customers to quickly order their preferred products.

Exclusive to Spandex account holders

The customer portal provides additional functionalities to existing Spandex account holders, including: access to bespoke prices, order history, order status, one-click repeat order and a wider choice of delivery and payment options.
