Extending event content to engage customers and prospects

Live events are the perfect opportunity to capture video content. So, when Brightly held its annual customer conference and interviewed happy customers on camera (as well as recording the educational sessions), they needed a plan to get maximum value from the content they had ‘in the can’.

There were three audiences we wanted to reach – those who were at the conference, as a reminder of the day, those who couldn’t make it, and prospects that were perhaps not even on the radar yet.

We crafted a 12-page A5 post-event brochure, featuring abridged versions of the conference content that carried QR code links to the associated videos hosted on YouTube. The brochure was used across channels as a printed asset available on the Brightly exhibition stand at various events and as a download from a HTML email distributed through a media partner.
