The international specialist print community is due to descend on Madrid this spring for FESPA Global Print Expo 2020 (IFEMA – Feria de Madrid, 24 – 27 March 2020), Europe’s largest exhibition for screen and digital wide format printing, textile printing and sign making. World Wrap Masters, FESPA’s popular vehicle wrapping competition, will return with reinvigorated displays and a new scoring system to FESPA Global Print Expo 2020, taking place from 24 – 27 March 2020 at IFEMA in Madrid. The competition will take place in Hall 2 for the full duration of the event, where visitors will see a host of talented wrappers showcasing their wrapping skills whilst competing for the title of World Wrap Master 2020 champion.

GMG continues the drive to simplify the use of its solutions. The new version 5.12 is automatically updating all proof standards as well as its special color libraries. The new software version also supports the new EPSON SureColor P75x0/P95x0 printer, enabling GMG users to stay ahead of the game when it comes to proofing speed.

FESPA’s fast fashion factory feature, Print Make Wear, is set to return to FESPA Global Print Expo 2020 (24 – 27 March, IFEMA – Feria de Madrid), this time with a focus on sportswear production. Linking to FESPA’s new co-located event, Sportswear Pro, Print Make Wear will showcase the tools to facilitate customised, sustainable, on-demand production. The feature will recreate a live end-to-end production process for sports and athleisure garments, as well as hosting a series of tours led by FESPA’s textile ambassador, Debbie McKeegan.

In the coming year, the in-house academy of color management expert GMG will continue to offer its knowledge in a variety of ways. In addition to the free webinars, which globally attracted hundreds of viewers to the screens in 2019, multi-day workshops will be part of the spectrum supplied by the GMG Academy.
