Driving visitor engagement for its annual Global Print Expo is one of FESPA’s key communications objectives.
AD has a long history of working on the comms programmes for FESPA Global Print Expo, and for the 2023 iteration we built a comprehensive campaign plan that formed an integral part of the broader exhibition marketing strategy.
The campaign comprised messaging development; five pre-show press releases and a post-show wrap-up release; extensive proactive and reactive media relations and press office management, bylined content and feature fulfilment; exhibitor liaison and management of contributed content; on-the-ground support to host the on-site press office and content capture; visual content creation; strategic guidance and campaign management.
Complemented by a Europe-wide advertising campaign – leveraging print and digital ads, promotional e-shots, advertorials, bellybands and front cover sponsorships, and an always-on social media strategy – our efforts contributed to a highly successful exhibition with positive feedback from all stakeholders.
