MultiCam today announces the launch of its next generation STRATA One Routing technology. Featuring an updated operating system and controller, the router is designed to help manufacturers simplify production, reduce downtime, and achieve consistent results.
The simpler, modern user interface used in STRATA One is powered by MultiCam’s newly developed Pegasus controller and signature Coreo operator software which, combined with reliable industrial CNC engineering and routing performance, delivers improved operator experience and enhanced diagnostics for long-term durability, and a better return on investment.
Built at MultiCam’s headquarters in Dallas, Texas, USA, STRATA One is designed for small to mid-sized manufacturers who need dependable routing across a broad range of materials.
STRATA One delivers cutting speeds of 1,500 IPM (635mm/sec) and Rapid Traverse speeds of 2,121 IPM (898 mm/sec), making it ideal for soft and hard plastics, paper, foam, non-ferrous materials, composites, and wood. There are five table sizes available, allowing customers to match the right router to their business and application requirements.
The router delivers consistent results on a diverse range of applications while maintaining excellent cut quality, helping shops to take on everything from sign and graphics production, plastics and acrylic fabrication, to composite processing, and general manufacturing.
Standard features available on the STRATA One include heavy, all-steel frame construction; 25mm linear ball-bearing profile rails; automatic material surface probe and tool calibration sensor; three axis motion control system; vacuum table; all axis servo drive system; EZ Suite Software; and a Pneumatic Dust Boot.
Users can add further add-ons, including: 10 HP collet spindles; 2mm / 5mm electric oscillating knife; quick change knife; a linear automatic knife tool changer and spindle tool changer; coolant mist systems for non-ferrous metals; MultiVision digital registration system; pop-up alignment pins; pump; laser pointer; and surface mapping.

STRATA One combines the Pegasus controller and Coreo operator software to deliver a streamlined production experience, simplify operation, and support productive manufacturing. Enhanced workflow, simplified machine interaction, and automated probing and calibration functions help make day-to-day operation more intuitive, reduce setup complexity, and deliver better platform standardization across MultiCam technologies.
