Scapa eliminates static issues on its rewind equipment

Sturdy Print & Design Ltd. make the switch to Meech’s 915 AC anti-static bars

Lancashire based print company Sturdy Print & Design Ltd. has become one of the latest manufacturers to invest in Meech International’s static control solutions. The company has installed six 915 AC Ionising bars in their flexographic department. The bars enable Sturdy Print & Design’s machines to perform at their optimum level, ensuring the safe and clean removal of static from their high speed web applications; resulting in higher quality print runs.

Meech exhibits its latest static control offering to the plastics industry at K 2016

Meech International is showcasing its latest electro-static control technologies at the K Trade Fair (Hall 11 – B60, Messe Düsseldorf, 19th – 26th October, 2016), the largest international exhibition for the plastics and rubber industry. Along with its popular range of anti-static bars, Meech will be displaying the recently launched Hyperion 971IPS-30, an extra-long range pulsed DC ionising bar, as well as the 994CG, a compact in-mould labelling (IML) generator and the most powerful of its kind.

Meech launches most compact IML generator on the market

The 994CG, a compact in-mould labelling (IML) generator, is the latest innovation introduced by Meech in the run-up to FachPack (Hall 3 – 3-427, Nuremberg 27th – 29th September, 2016) and the K Trade Fair Show (Hall 11 – B60, Messe Düsseldorf, 19th – 26th October, 2016). Designed to meet the greater demands of the IML sector, the 994CG is a miniature generator with four 20kV outlets, making it the most powerful of its kind on the market.

Meech celebrates success of its first air handling unit for web cleaning applications

Meech International is celebrating the worldwide sale of over two hundred AHUv3’s, the company’s first in-house manufactured air handling unit and an integral component to three of its web cleaning technologies, the CyClean, VacClean and ShearClean. Featuring a robust design and requiring minimal maintenance, the AHUv3 provides the required airflows for the web cleaners, as well as housing the system filters.

Meech International has further enhanced its highly successful Hyperion range of anti-static systems with the launch of the Hyperion 971IPS-30 extra long range pulsed DC ionising bar. Meech to address web cleaning demands of the labelling industry at Labelexpo Americas 2016

Werosys incorporates Meech’s Hyperion bars into intelligent converting environment
